I love these photos because Dallas (the lighting guru) used the “fancypants” beauty/fashion lighting gear (which we don’t always get a chance to use at weddings given the fast pace of the day!!) Plus, Bonnie found some incredibly beautiful models who were awesome to work with – as you can tell, these girls had a lot of fun and were relaxed and natural in front of the camera.

Hi everyone – Long time, no blog! I’ve been hibernating?? Actually, I have no excuse!

My vacation in February was mindblowing… amazingly beautiful! I fell in love with the Oregon Coast, and the incredible beaches and adorable little resorts on the sea. (Is it strange that I’m not even 30, and I already have a goal for my retirement?)

Earlier this month, we spent a Saturday afternoon with Judy and Steven for a really fun photoshoot.

These two were so comfortable and spontaneous in front of the camera, it was really wonderful – Dallas and I are excited about shooting their upcoming wedding.

We spent the late afternoon on a deserted golf course in the fresh (wet!) snow.

Of course, there was a bit of a snowball fight. Poor Steven!
