Charmaine and Glen

March 26, 2008

Here are a few photos from Charmaine and Glen’s March wedding.

The flowergirl was quite interested in our cameras – a future photographer perhaps?

The ceremony was held at the Taylor University Chapel, which is smack dab in the middle of campus. A neat shot of the girls heading down the hallway before the ceremony:

So cute!

The aisle was lined with tulle and candles – it was really beautiful.

We went to the Museum for “formals.” It was an incredible day – so warm. We were totally lucky… you never know what March in Alberta is going to be like.

A hilarious photo of the unofficial “ringbearer!” (thus titled because he walked his daughter down the aisle.)

A few weeks ago, we met our friend Raj and Eileen for some engagement photos. We’ve known Raj for awhile – we’ve worked with his wedding videography company, A Love Story, at a few weddings over the years, and we’re excited to be the photographers at his wedding this summer.

Eileen is so cute – she’s always laughing!

I really love this spot, and have been wanting to take photos here all winter!

Some exciting news! I’ve been listed 32nd in the Top 100 Photojournalists at the WPJA!
I’m shocked and honored to be listed among so many amazing photographers.

Here is an overview of photos which placed in 2007 contests:

A couple of weeks ago, we spent the day at the Valley Zoo with Sherman and Cheryl for their engagement photos.

I don’t know if you’ve been to the zoo in the winter, but it’s crazy – there’s absolutely no one there. This was a relatively warm Saturday, and the place was a ghost town, aside from a birthday party in one of the buildings. But, hey, it’s great for photos – no people in the background, no waiting for people to pass/get out of the background! And there’s plenty of places to warm up (and see cool animals!)

But no people outside meant one of the little red pandas was feeling pretty lonely…

This little guy was so friendly. He kept pressing his hands curiously against ours on the glass – it was so sweet.

Okay, so we now have a Whitley Goodman Photography Facebook group! Woo! I know we’re a little slow on the uptake with the Facebook thing, but if you would like to add us to your groups, please click here!
