Booking an engagement photo session with your future wedding photographer is a great idea. Engagement photos are not only fun, your photoshoot will also warm you up and chill you out at the same freaking time! Having a positive experience during your Edmonton engagement photography session means you’ll be much more comfortable in front of the camera on your wedding day.
Book engagement photos if you’re feeling anxious about your wedding photography, or if you feel like you’re not “photogenic” (And I can talk your ear off about how the concept of being “photogenic” is a myth. If you feel good, you’ll look good! Let’s figure out how you can feel your best during your session!)
Engagement photos also give you the opportunity to get some beautiful photos in a different setting than where you’ll be on your wedding day. If there is a spot that’s extra special or holds significance for you, (your proposal spot, the place you met, your fave hangout/ date night) let’s get some engagement photos there for you to look back on years from now and smile! If you love hiking or adventuring, well, good news - me too!!! Let’s go on a hike in Kananaskis, or head to your fave spots in Jasper! Heck, I’ve even gone to Iceland and Greece for couples’ photo sessions!
