Planning your Edmonton wedding in late October probably means you love to go with the flow - after all, fall in Alberta is a whole mood. Snow and icy roads one day, glorious, balmy t shirt weather the very next day. If you’re lucky, the gorgeous yellow leaves might still be clinging desperately to the tree branches, or they could be a distant September memory.

Jayme and Kimberley had a gorgeous late fall day. Their ceremony and wedding reception was held at an amazing venue where the weather really didn’t matter anyhow - the Glasshouse Kitchen and Bar in the Enjoy Center, essentially a big, beautiful greenhouse space that’s filled with light. The sun began to set during their ceremony and the golden glow throughout the building at cocktail hour was truly magical.

Jayme and Kimberley got a big Airbnb so their wedding party and family could get ready together (this is a great idea, y’all!) We made a quick stop at the Derrick Golf and Country Club to meet up with family and take a few photos before heading to the venue.

This ceremony was so GORGEOUS, y’all. Just take a look through the photos to see what I mean. The light, the emotion, the every-freaking-thing. And the dance floor was busy the whole night - the sign of a great party.

Romance is real, y’all! Queer love forever!
